Playmobil

While some might consider Playmobil to be second rate Legos i've honestly gotta say some of the sets were pretty sweet. Who else would have thought to sell Civil War themed toys to 10 year olds? I must have reenacted the battle where Ulysses S. Grant defeated Robert E. Lee at least a hundred times. Whenever things started to look down for the Union the Romans would attack and route the Confederates from the field. Survivors were rare. I guess what makes Playmobil so cool was that the figures were bigger so they could have a lot more detail on them then Legos. They also seem to be a lot more historically accurate.

On the whole playmobil is sort of hit or miss on how cool the sets are. You could get some pretty sweet ass sets like these romans here. On the other hand they could really suck. Who the hell wants to play with an Iron Lung?
You know what really sucks, Megablocks. Megablocks were for kids who ate all of their legos.
