Pizza Establishments

Today I was walking and thinking to myself, If I had a pizzeria what would I call it? I guess it sort of depends on what type of pizza place it would be. I think a good Idea would be to open a really trendy wood oven pizzeria and call it "Za." That sounds pretty hip. Since I would be the owner people might even refer to as Pete's Za...yeah, see where I'm going there? Of coarse, like any restaurant frequented by hipsters all of the staff would be required to dress like Buddy Holly. Also, no fat chicks.
